Dhyan Mandir Ashram with its overflowing flora and fauna is a peaceful oasis just outside Rishikesh.
Completing the 300h Yoga Teacher Training was one of the most spiritually, physically, and emotionally fulfilling experiences of my life. Being able to learn from and live alongside the experienced, warm-hearted, and inspiring teachers is a true blessing. The course is demanding but the teachers will give their all to teach you what they live, from breathing and meditation techniques to yoga postures and philosophy and so much more. If you are dedicated, curious, and open minded, I whole-heartedly recommend doing your training here.
You will widen your yogic horizon and meet wonderful like-minded people from all over the world.
The food is fantastic, too. Coming here was a life-changing experience and I will never be able to express in words what it means to me. Eternal love and gratitude. Namaste ????❤️

I cannot describe in words how amazing my course had been. Firstly, the teachers and staff are so warm and kind. We all had so much fun together. I also think that the Ashram is the best location in Rishikesh. It is so peaceful that even on my holidays, I didn't want to go away. Food was very good. I am vegan by choice and i really thank the kitchen staff for taking such a good care of my needs. The school focuses on alignment which was my favorite class but I also loved the mantra singing and meditation classes. Met some amazing life long friends and I thank them for all the support as well. I will be back for sure to continue my training further. Hari Om.

A great soothing place. Really enjoyed peacefully here. Mind calmed naturally by the environment.
