The location of the hostel is perfect. Rooms are clean and beds are very comfy! The view from the little balcony is amazing and within 2 seconds you can sit at the private ghat to enjoy sunset right at the Ganges :-). The people who work there are so friendly, I will come back definitely!

What can a person travelling solo for the first time want ? A place which feels like home, people who cheer you up and help you in every way possible, food that makes you happy, a beautiful view of the entire place, cute dogs ( they make things perfect ). You get all of this at Capt. Mount Stays and even some things that I haven't even mentioned because it would be yours to mention here in the reviews when you experience it on your own. Go for it without a dilemma and experience peace and love in Rishikesh and hey!!! most importantly take more solo trips. ????

This is the best place to stay in Rishikesh! Amandeep Singh and everybody that works there is so friendly and helpfull. The location is perfect, its direct at the ganges with an amazing view from the rooftop and from the entry. Really near to numerus great restaurants and shops. Also check out Mastana Mustafir Cafe the Mix Paratha and Korean food i had there was top notch. The rooms and beds are very clean and comftable better than in nearly every hostel i ever was. The only bad thing was that i could not stay longer.
