The rooms are spacious and clean with comfy beds. The staff are really helpful and the food was delicious! Hotel team have great energy and are always around to help you with anything you need. The hotel has great views over Rishikesh. We were a large group and we really enjoyed our stay! Thanks for the hospitality!

Avoid going here at all costs

Rooms were good. That's it.

Everything else was a nightmare. Highly understaffed. Goof ups with meal orders. Room service keeps making mistakes and sending wrong things. It takes them 5 trips to get something right.

Not a single apology or any empathy.

Extremely rude staff at reception.

They did not return my Adhaar card at check in and I too forgot to take it. Mistake from both ends.

When I realised I had misplaced my Adhaar card and called them, they confirmed it is with them. And they tell me it is my mistake that I did not collect it. Agreed. But isn't it their mistake as well that they had it for 2 days and did not bother sending it to my room? Or give it to me at check out?

On top of it, they tell me that lots of customers make the same mistake of not collecting Adhar card after checkin. Seriously? Isn't it also the responsibility of the staff to return it?

They point blank refused to assist and send someone to return my Adhar card. I was only 1 hour away. I mentioned I will pay for it. But no, they refused and I had to do last minute running and paid an extortion amount to the taxi driver to go and collect it.

Not a single thing went right during my 2 days stay over here.

We go on holidays to destress. This stay added more stress for me.

As mentioned earlier, I accept that it was my mistake as well to not collect the Adhar card. I forgot it at the reception.

But what did the staff do after realising that a customer had forgotten the Adhar card at the reception? Nothing. I was there for 2 nights. All it needed was for someone to come to my room and give it to me. Or give it to me at check out.

But according to them it is not their mistake at all and lots of their customers make the same mistake at their hotel!

Save yourself the torture. Avoid this place.

I have never had such a horrible experience in my 20 years of travels.

Great, wonderful, we had wonderful time with family friends. Enjoy lots, the view from roof top was amazing. The ayurvedic therapy was unforgettable. Over all good experience.
