!! Never Book this hotel again !!
Manager behavior is very rude, don't know how to talk client and respect them.
Got worst experience ever had in any hotel.

Staff has no manners to talk
Zero service
You will be locked inside the hotel till morning 7
Incase of any emergency they will not open the door
Better go to better place instead of staying in such hotel
They will spoil your whole mood
I highly recommend to move to almora as we got good deal there

Hotel location is good. No car parking and you need to park vehicle at roadside (no security issue but space availibility could be an issue).
I stayed in DLX room but it seems overpriced as per the facility and amenities available at the hotel.
Restaurant is good, food is tasty but with delayed service.
They need to improve on customer experience by providing info proactively and accurately and to be more flexible to cater guest needs.
Staff is cooperative, overall managable stay.
