Kindly start taking offline booking . Your online bookings are started due to covid but most of the time the website is not working or website changed. Peoples are helpless how they booked there slots. I think this service is for servicemen,ex serviceman,civilians then why there is lots of issue for them to take there facilities. Please focus in these kind of issues, i requested to headquarters if they can increase the manpower or improve there online facility to provide the best services for every person. Either they can start offline booking also.

During this pandemic time an individual has to take online appointment by visiting the sarvatra canteen website. Then you have to visit this place and get the token for your turn. Make a list of items(most of the items won't be there) and hand it over to the staff, they will call you token # once they will get your full cart.

Supporting staff and good ambience to sit.
