Don't book this hotel.
This is for the first time I have booked a worst hotel in Nainital.
1st bad thing is the location of the hotel. Wrong location is posted on Google Maps. The actual location is minimum 1-1.5km top of the hill from Map location.
2nd one is no caretaker was available for the guests. They only come when your check out is over. They didn't pick any call.
3rd one is the condition of room is below average. Bad is broken on one side. Flash is not working properly in bathroom.
4th one is no tea, coffee and even mineral water bottle is available.
But one good thing is that the manager Nitin ji is helpful but I suggest you don't book this hotel.

The attendant at first was very well behaved and polite ! But later on started behaving very rudely such a mannerless fellow ! Moreover the room is at a height so needs a lot of energy to go over there ! There's no wifi either. The staff will keep disturbing for no reason ! Every now and then kept on knocking at the door. No cleanliness also . Bedsheet were black in color! Not recommended!

The House keepers behaviour is worst ! He will simply keep disturbing for every single thing ! No wifi no network! It's quite on the top so very problematic to get to the room even ! Not at all recommended
