The starting point is reachable by vehicle but than you have to trek up. It is 3 km long. Which will take 40-90 min based on the fitness. There is little steepness.
But during the trek there were quite good views and the trekk through big trees was also quite good.

First and foremost, you have to reach Naini Peak Trek starting point(simple search on google map). If you are localite like me, you can go by scooty or if from other place then you can rent scooty which will cost around Ruppes 600 . Prefer this instead of local taxi or cab they also charge almost same but with rented scooty you can explore other places as well and have more freedom. ????
Once you reached the starting point ????. You can park your vehicle on the side of the road but at your own risk as there is no guard or something, but there is one small cafeteria shop just in front so don't worry they will take care of it as they also provide Helmet keeping service at reasonable rates.
Grab some food and water bottles(must) with you as trek going to be tough and tired.
So Trek is around 3km, and good inclination, so if you are not used to heights or long walking, it would be difficult. Took around 1 hour to 2 hours depending upon the pace and break you take. Go slow and enjoy the view on the path.
On reaching top, you would realize all the hard work and suffering are worth ???? ✨️.
Wouldn't recommend it for older people .
Must visit with your family and friends.

It was a beautiful experience and got to see the spectacular sunrise. But the exact starting point is near the checkpost on the nainital-pangot road. It's a 3 km trek...can be trekked in about 1 hour. One can park his vehicle near the checkpost at own risk. Must see the sunrise. Trekking is easy. View is phenomenal, feeling is ecstatic.visited on 28 feb 2021
