Parking on the side of the road, lack of basic facilities, whatever money is taken, it does not seem justified at all. Whatever administration it is under, they should at least learn how to handle the basic management and ground situation first!
The rest of the staff members working in the parking lot and other taxi drivers are polite and supportive. You are taking money at a parking located 4 kilometers away from the city, but you are not able to give the right toilet to the one who is paying to get fresh? This is very disappointing.
