This is the open air theater. Every year in summer from mid May till June a theatre festival is organised here in the memory of Late Nirmal Pandey, an actor from Nainital, who did acting in many movies including the famous movie "Bandit Queen". Some days Plays are performed and some days dances on the tune of old movies from 1950 to 1990 are performed.
Locals and tourists come here every evening to get themselves entertained.
Located at Malli Tal behind Arya Samaj Building and opposite to BD Pandey Hospital.
