The hotel is Alka is the best hotel of nainital it's near by naini lake on main road. The room is also meet n clean . Alexa available in every room and the bathroom is very neat n clean heagency. But only I'm not satisfied from the staff they are not to learn how to treat with the customer overall good experience....

Well, I was a bit skeptical about selecting this property as it is not a well-known property to a delhite, plus it doesn't have any association with any big chain. But I must say that it has the best view of the lake. In spite of being located at Mall Road,it is quite noise free and yes, offers the best view. It has 3 types of rate cards.

1. Peak season starts from 10 may ( when the hotel rates will be the highest)

2. Shoulder reason - somewhere from Jan to 10 may( when the rates are moderate ,yes I stayed at that period)

3. Low season - it means after july(lowest rate,but bit risky to stay).

We choose a luxury suite. Pics and video are attached.

P.S. It's an old property. Treat it like that only... don't compare with big chains.????

Everything was ok . Hotel is a standard 2 star but without breakfast option . Overall was fine but there is one bald receptionist (other receptionist was good) who was extra judgemental and bit rude . He needs to be trained a bit more to be in hospitality business
