We booked this stay on basis of google review most reviews are filled by there staff only after meeting the staff we find out. The staff and owner miss leads to the guest. Initially they will talk polite but then they Blame you to take money and charge extra for it. We stayed for 1 days and they made our stay horrible.
1) Didn't provided water at night when needed
2) Electricity was not available for half of the day.
3) Rooms and washrooms stinks
4) Resquested for warm water they ask us to drink from washroom geysers
5) Room heater was not working and blanket was smelling like rotten eggs
6) charged extra to 150 rs. Just to warm the left over foods.
7) the owner wife and staff member talks rude to us blaming us.
8) when the stay dates arrived owner changed the prices of the room. Miss leaded here also.
Much more incidents but this points were the heights.

We have to change our stay to have safer and good holidays. Recommend if you want to enjoy stay in joshimath city rather that this stay. It's far from city also.

I would give zero rating, nothing is good about this stay I'm not sure about how people are giving good rating to this stay. First stay is much costly, restaurant foods are too costly only that's too because you won't find any other option here, it's not located in Joshimath market it's far away from there.
Worst service i have ever seen.From the very first day they will start asking you about the money.
When you book the stay they used to behave differently once you reach there they starts behaving like all they care about is money .
It was so frustrating that we had to change stay after two days we went back to Joshimath main market it was better and cheaper in every manner.

The place and the natural scenery is awesome ???? and one thing that melt my heart is Sunil vai and his wife's helpfulness and kindness to us. highly recommend to visit this homestay. But I want to request Sunil vai ..please don't give reference the driver Mr Karan to tourists, we have terrific experience with that driver from Haridwar to Badrinath up and down. He don't have minimum manners to talk, no humanity, very rough. "Wahiaad and faltu driver "I have ever seen. We got mental troma.
