A small park with a huge statue of Lord Shiva. Ill-maintained with a lot of vagrants sleeping there at all times of the day, though they do not disturb you in any way.
The park mist have been well-laid out & landscaped when it was first opened, but now it is not very clean with a lot of litter and frequented by homeless people

Among the very few parks in Haridwar, Swami Vivekananda Park is considered one of the most beautiful and serene. The triangular shaped park, which is situated on the banks of the river Ganges, is surrounded by lush greenery and houses a large statue of the great Swami Vivekananda, whose teachings had a lasting impact on Indian culture. There is a huge statue of Lord Shiva in the park. The height of the statue is such that it is visible from a far. There is no entry fee to visit the park.
