This guy has provided very bad service to us. we plan such long trips once in a life so that we can spent some moments at those places, But the driver allocated to us was very rude and keeps calling us for coming back to vehicle when we visit at some places. Even he didn't covered so many places which was on same route and was in our plan. Never do booking with this person, If you are planning trip for 4 dham.

We family of 14 had been to char dham yatra and we had taken tempo travel services from them. The driver, always kept the vehicle clean and drived safely through our yatra. Thank you Vikrant ji for the superb service offered by you.

We planned 6 days tour for 2 dham (Kedarnath and badrinath) and hired tempo traveler from this guy. we took almost 4 months to prepare itinerary for this trip and was very exited for the trip. but the whole plan was ruined by the tempo traveler driver on day 1 only. He was supposed to book hotels for us on his own so that he can gain commission from the hotel owner and when we told him that we have already booked everything, he was very disappointed and didn't let us reach sonprayag on day 1 and we lost our bookings.

As per uttrakhand Govt. there should be at least 1 day gap for driver from his previous trip but this driver was came last night and got allocated to us by Vikrant garg, due to which he was unable to generate yatra pass for the vehicle on that day.

The owner is kind of broker. he do not own tempo traveler by him self. he allocated tempo traveler from third party person named "Alok bhai" which has incurred big communication gap between our plan and drivers thoughts. We already informed travel owner that we are having plan to visit chopta, triyuginarayan, ukhimath etc. which is on same route. but the driver denied saying that i will not take you to that places.

The owner of the travel company is hungry about money. I must express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received when reporting these issues. The owner vikrant garg I contacted was unresponsive and failed to address my concerns promptly.

Given the considerable financial investment and trust I placed in this travel operator, I am deeply dissatisfied with the overall experience.
