I ordered food for my friend. I wrote correct address in the address details. But on the app it is mandatory to mark the location on the map. It is not possible and not known to many how to mark the exact location. But swiggy asks their deliveryman to deliver at the marked location not at the address mentioned. They pay deliveryman according to marked location not as per the address. In this way swiggy is torturing and harassing their customers and also torturing deliverman who is a poor fellow.

This Swiggy not reliable...just profit making company ......don't care for their customers....On 22nd August 2021 I ordered food for me....but to my surprise I received half order.....when I complained to the authorities.....they just emailed me that they have fought for me but sorry we cannot help you...though they are charging extra charge.....they put the whole blame to restaura
nt...swiggy personnel emailed me ,and tried to put whole blame on the restaurant......If swiggy personnel wants to party then why on our savings..???

The people working for swiggy try to fool everyone. The customer care service is the worst. I would never recommend swiggy to anyone. I would always prefer Zomato over swiggy.
