I have made a booking and arrived at approx 11 PM but they didn't help me to get the room. I had to stand on the road approx 2 hours alone at midnight but they stopped receiving my phone. Afterall, I had cancelled the booking and booked another hotel. I'll never forgot such horrible experiences of that night.

Its a really rediclous place. No good staff no manager. Worst place to stay. Plz don't stay here. Its the worst experienced i hve ever in my life.
