I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've had. The service and facilities were far below expectations, and I feel compelled to share my experience with others.

First and foremost, the customer service was appalling. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked professionalism. I encountered multiple instances of rude and unhelpful behavior. Requests for assistance were met with indifference, and it felt like they were doing the bare minimum to fulfill their responsibilities.

The room itself was a major letdown. It was not clean upon arrival, with visible stains on the carpet and a musty smell that persisted throughout my stay. The bathroom had plumbing issues, with the sink draining slowly and the shower faucet leaking and no geyser. Despite bringing these concerns to the attention of the staff, no action was taken to address them.

No wifi in the room.

Overall, my experience at this hotel was highly disappointing. The combination of poor customer service, unclean rooms, faulty amenities, and excessive noise made for an extremely unpleasant stay. I would strongly advise potential guests to consider other options before booking at this hotel.

This was our 3rd stay in the past 4 years. A nice Hotel for family. Located in main market, close to Har Ki Pauri.
Staff is helpful and courteous. Neat and clean rooms. Restaurant within the premises serves homelike food at reasonable cost.

I came to this lodge while looking for dormitory. The manager wants us to speak Hindi since his language is Hindi. Since I'm from tamilnadu, he is trying bully me. But i was speaking in English. They behave as a cheap and i saw many people quarreling with him for his behaviour not only me.
I have seen the dormitory, it is like an old building, not maintained, there is only one plug point for 20 beds and i think its not safe here...
I don't suggest this lodge to anyone, they are bad in everything
