Uses bad/spoiled ingredients. When i questioned the manager, he says it happens in oven.
The jalapeno/paprika/corn all were in bad state.
I was like i have been eating pizza hut for past so many years and your telling me this. Shocking !!

The tables were not prepared. Restaurant was a mess on a peek time.

The washroom stinks like a public toilet. These days public toilets are cleaner.
A disgrace to the Pizza Hut brand.

And the biggest deal of all ! NO PARKING !!

Terrible service!

Pizza Hut restaurant offers delighting service but this one is a shame.

- We waited at the restaurant's table for 15 minutes but no staff attended us
- We chose the items for the order and tried to place order at the counter but staff refused to take the order because of high online order volumes
- We wasted our 20-30mins, staff should have informed upfront that they are not accepting the orders
- Staff were rude & fighting among each other and with the customers
- Poor quality toilets
- What's the point of opening a restaurant instead convert it to Pizza hut delivery(PHD)

Khali dibba dete hai counter se order
hone pe (haridwar near rishikul) .. Farji store,,farji order I'd,, no genuine contact number... Customer care also confirming fake order I'd...no callback from Pizza Hut upto an hour, and revisiting 15km to outlet afterthat Gulsan staff peron is laughing,,, Really Disgusting expirence ''Pizza Hutttt''.. Beware of fake outlets...
