Worst hotel experience, I booked AC room on 10th july 2021 from oyo app and on check in I was denied check in, first the receptionist said they didn't have any rooms available and offered to give a non AC room. Oyo customer number kept me on waiting call list and dropped every 15min this kept on for almost an hour. The hotel owner asked me for additional 1000/- rs for AC room saying that the amount mentioned on the site is too less to offer me the AC room. I said it is cheating and had an argument with the owner as I already prepaid the OYO, I complained on OYO bot chat room and after another half an hour the owner came and now he asked for an RT-PCR report which I didn't have as mostly i had double vaccinated and as far as I have crosschecked no other hotels were asking for it and it is a new tactics of misusing government covid guidelines to earn some more cash from tired customers,
why does not OYO notify about RT-PCR report mandatory requirement at the time of booking, now both OYO and hotel owner are hand in hand cheating they neither facilitated me in check in nor refunded my money. After all this harassment happened finally OYO customer center manager called me to inform in british accent that they can not do anything in this regard and they will not refund my money back.
It was too late to search for another hotel so I requested the hotel owner to take extra money and arrange a room so that I can just end the horrible night, he was more than delighted to offer his torture room which had mosquitoes, washroom with no flush working, AC window open allowing humidity and mosquitoes to get in, washroom lock (no locking arrangement), worst bed. Anyways I think it is a day to day affairs of this hotelier to harass OYO customer at an extent that they finally agree to accept anything that is offered in the name customer satisfaction and I will blame 100% OYO for this for their nature of business and hand in hand with the crooks and hotel kabals who terrorizes travelers like us.
No more OYO hotel bookings for me and my relatives... this app is going to be deleted for sure. For all the fellow travelers who are with me so far be aware with OYO bookings because it may ruin your vacation mood. Thank you.

Worst place to stay in. I was denied check in as I didn't have covid test report. Hotel manager kept on saying to pay more money offline or leave. After I paid an additional amount I was made to live in a room which was entirely different than the one shown at the time of booking.Washroom without lock.Toilet without flush.Room full of mosquitoes. Oyo customer service just told me that they won't refund any amount and didn't even try to help me provide any alternative accommodation at 11 pm in the night.I will use oyo app now onwards only to locate the hotels and then book room on reaching the hotel and pay offline after confirming the room physically.Why should I pay Oyo when they seem so helpless in resolving the booking related issue? Oyo app is only a hotel tracking app for me and my relatives now.

Bhai ye hotel wale oyo customer ke booking cancel karwa ke additional paise charge karte hain. Oyo wale customers ko loot te hai. They for you to stay in non ac room or in an AC room with compressor faulty. Very bad experience in a spiritual place like haridwar. Go with your own risk.
