I would not recommend this travel agency if you are travelling to Haridwar. First is they have not set up the trip properly. Some places are not required on this trip. Anyways this is not the reason why my trip was bad. I am writing below points where this travel agency ( Mahalaxmi Tour & Travels PVT LTD - Car Rental In Haridwar ) lacks.

✔ Not share proper details of the trip. she (Taniya ) is confusing every time
✔ Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner mentioned in tour details but not serving in trip
✔They are not shared payment terms and conditions in the tour plan, this is the more important thing.
✔After depositing the funds they can't respond professionally and before the payment they are showing very polite and sincere replies.
✔ They can't share the list of hotel confirmation date wise because this travel agency does not book hotels for the clients but takes money from the client side.
✔ They stop the car in trips but not mentioned in company terms and conditions
✔ They're charging a full amount for the first day of the trip.

Their website looks good at first sight but that's about it! Our trip dates were changed two (2) days prior to taking the train. We had not received a detailed invoice but only the amount to be paid. No travel information or information package with details was received prior to our trip. The "so called" company representative on site was supposed to give us all we need and assist us with any issues arising... During our entire stay we had not met this "company representative" even once. Taniya and Rahul Beri were hard to get a hold of on the phone or on WhatsApp and never called back either! The internal communication in their offices was equal to zero and all things that were agreed by email did not get through correctly. All mistakes done on their side were dealt with so terribly that finally I burst the cap and let off some steam when already at the destination and all was going wrong. It lead to the extent of them telling me to calm down and to start enjoying my holidays which they entirely screwed up right from the start!!!
I urge all travelers planning any kind of trip to Haridwar, not to use this travel agency!!! I myself have worked in the tourism industry for 10 years and have never, ever seen such a low level of professionalism!

We had booked Tour with Mahalaxmi.
Hotel Quality was bad other than Haridwar.
Food was OK.
Tempotraveller and Driver good.
Could not book Helicopter tickets and most Important don't pay complete money. Pay money after you complete trip on last destination.
Non trust worthy person, has not settled money.

The owner is a fraud, he will take money and dont be surprised if he has not made any arrangements once you reach for Char Dham. He is a sophesticated thief
