Couldn't believe I took service from 'LAKME' as it just felt like a copy of the brand because the standard of the place, ambience, staff's professionalism sucked. The STAFF WAS NOT WEARING A MASK, Inspite of booking an appointment via call for Body massage the room as hell cold, ideally salons keep the heater on so that customer doesn't feel cold specially in winters, but the same wa switched on just before the massage, the Salon was not at all maintained, cloth, towels felt as if someone just used them! There was so much dust in the main area. Inspite of instructing that I don't want Olive oil for massage instead aromatic one, Olive oil was used. I'm never gonna come to this Salon ever again and will the spread the same word in my circle. There are so many local salons providing much better service than a branded one like LAKME. This is sad and disappointing!
