I recently visited Haridwar, and I must say that it's a beautiful and serene place that left me feeling rejuvenated. The city is steeped in culture and tradition and is known for its spiritual significance. The Ganges river flowing through the city is a sight to behold and is considered one of the holiest rivers in India.

The city has a rich history and is home to numerous ancient temples and shrines. The evening aarti at Har Ki Pauri is a must-see experience that left me in awe. The city also has several markets where you can buy traditional clothes, handicrafts, and souvenirs.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the city and the efforts taken by the local authorities to maintain it. The locals were friendly and hospitable, and I felt welcomed throughout my stay.

Overall, Haridwar is a great place to visit for anyone looking to experience spirituality, culture, and nature. I would highly recommend a visit to this beautiful city.

It's a holy place where people come to take a holy dip in Ganga and to see ganga aarti. It's always full of crowd so try to come on weekdays instead of weekends to these places. After visiting har ki Pauri you can visit Mansa devi temple and chandi devi temple. Known as the Shaktipeeths. You can also visit a temple in kankhal called Daksh prajapati temple in haridwar ( with highly significant religious values these temples are a must visit). I'll recommend you to visit haridwar in the months of oct to Feb because at this time the weather is a bit nice. Otherwise the summers here are as bad as in Delhi.
