Very worst rooms and very worst staff. Very conjusted rooms 6 by 8 feet. Very worst bathroom. Even sulabh sauchalay is more clean.
They charge uneven price for such a low quality room. They also not provide rooms on time. I went there around 10 pm and they told that room will be vacant at 10:30 but till more than 12:00 am we were not able to get room.

We were made to stand outside hotel and their greedy staff already had taken advance from us so we had not any other option and when we went there inside room that was a big regret. Total waste of money. We get room around more than 12 am and we were in that room for only 3-4 hrs. It would be better to stay in bus station or railway station than this worst hotel.

They had used very poor blankets,chadar and very bad bucket. They had even not good tap.

The hotel has very congested room and zero ventilation is there in the room. They charged 1500 for such room. Even at night rats were roaming in our room. The water bottle provided by the hotel had bad quality water. The only thing good about this hotel was location. It was located near Haridwar railway station.

If you’re thinking of staying in this hotel I would suggest sleep on the street at least you’ll breath fresh air because you can’t breathe inside the room as there’s no ventilation space they change the bed sheets once in a month I guess or not even that, spitting spots in every corner of their room and washroom , I wanted to stay close to the railway station and I saw this hotel is close so I booked a room for 2 adults and paid 1500 for that but then they took me to some different place which was around 100 mts far from that hotel and gave me a room in rooftop. Beds are made of concrete, no privacy people can see you from outside. Please do not stay there with your family.
