Photos shown are of the days when hotel was new but now it is an old. You many find Dharamshala better than this Hotel. TV is there but doesn' work, smell in the room, staff is not very helpful. There is Geyser in the room but no other facility, No electric kettle, No towels. Average Cleaning.

The rooms are weird smelling and dirty. The taps/locks/TVs are broken. The service is as well the worst i have experienced. I asked for a room exchange they denied. I asked to atleast clean the room they did not listen. The room echoed a lot and because of this the water dripping sound from the broken tap was so annoying. I will never reccomend this hotel to anyone ever again.

Manager of this hotel is totally mad. He is in his own world no matter what's the customer need or what they want. He just says I am giving the best service . I suffered a lot in his hotel so I suggest never go in his hotel .
