Room service was very poor . No water when entered into the room .very rude behaviour .take full money in advance . The old age person sitting in reception is very rude .don't know how to talk with customers .please avoid this hotel .

Hotel location is the best best and best. You can view main gate of har ki Pauri , almost all temples of har ki Pauri and the great Maa Ganga . You can hear all the announcement which makes it easy for you to attend the Ganga aarti at earliest. Room service is not that good but they have only two guys to manage all the things so it's acceptable. The person at reception is very kind hearted and nice person. We had a 3 bedded room for rs. 800 per day. For ladies it's location is perfect if you want to take a dip in maa ganga but don't want to change publicly you can come to back to the hotel in less than a minute and change which is perfect. I recommend this to people who prefer near location and ok with average rooms.
