Good location, polite front office and room service staff. The rooms are clean and so is the toilet. They have good room service having a wide range of vegetarian options.
They offer fruit platters during breakfast.They also arrange conveyance for visiting nearby places with reasonable charges.

Good Stay,
Nice and clean room,
Room size was good enough. Hot water was available throughout the time.
Room service was good and quick.
Lighting in the room could be improved.
It is near to railway station, but if you have luggage better to take any taxi from outside the station.
Over all, Good Experience but a little expensive.

We ( family of 3) stayed in a Luxury room for 2 nights.

The only 2 good things about this hotel are - it's location and service.

The management needs to think seriously about the maintenance and upkeep. Cockroaches in the washroom, floor unclean ( and sticky), hot water issues etc. Even the batroom curtains haven't been washed for ages and the cupboards are broken. I'm surprised to read those excellent reviews.
