Rooms are not that good, it is moreover a old hotel with very less maintenance. Light cuts were there and owner doesn't have proper backup option in that situations. When visitors to provide back up to support till light issue resolve than after too much argument owner some how able to manage generator facility.

Only good thing, it's a good place if anybody has location preference near to railway and bus stand and can manage

A very good hotel in haridwar.
I booked this hotel for 5 days after seeing the reviews I realize later that the reviews was correct and the staff of the hotel is very good.
Specially owner was very helpful.
You can get food easily near by the hotel because there was many restaurant near the hotel.
The hotel room was very clean and bathroom was good.
For the cleanness I will give 9 out of 10.
We plan vacations once in a while and it would be good and peaceful it can only be I'd we got everything good but this is hotel performs well.
Because the hotel was fully familiar because the owner family also lives on Second floor.
Please I would recommend to everyone once you visited haridwar please stay in this hotel .....

We had a nice stay in the hotel. The hotel has a good location near the railway station. So it's quite even though it's central and good for a stopover in haridwar. The owner is very friendly and helpful he gave us some tipps for the city also we could have a late check out. Also the price is very good. We had much worse hotels in india in terms in what you get for your money.
But the hotel this was very well maintained and they only allow for family rooms
