Very poor customer care. Used their service first week of sep 22. Advance booking made 2 weeks before arrival and they confirmed car. When I contacted 30 mts before my arrival for pick up they did not bothered to send driver car no. Details when insisted. After repeated calls finally they asked me to pay advance though ptm only which I don't have facility. They refused to send car without advance. Finally I managed to pay advance and car was arranged. Customer are put to great difficulty. Fortunately car driver was good and cooperative with us. The car rental service is an agent and not reliable and very poor customer care. Need to coordinate till you see the driver.

It was really a excellent trip to Auli and chopta with my family. I specially thanks to Mr.Sachin for providing the nice car with professional driver. We highly recommend Mr.Sachin & company
