One of the best hotel to stay at Haridwar ghat. Rooms are spacious , neat & clean. Room charges are more than normal but looking at location, it is worth spending. Watching full view of gangaji flowing from terrace or balcony of hotel is amazing. staff is very helpful . food is tasty. Have dinner from terrace

From the moment we arrived until our departure, we were overwhelmed by the warmth, care, and attention to detail provided by your staff.

First and foremost, the location of the hotel was absolutely breathtaking. Being situated next to the sacred river Ganges allowed us to immerse ourselves in the tranquil ambiance of Haridwar. The panoramic views from our room were nothing short of awe-inspiring, creating a soothing atmosphere throughout our stay.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with open arms by your reception staff, who promptly checked us in and made us feel right at home. We were particularly grateful for their patience and understanding, as our family group consisted of seven individuals, including my wife, two-year-old son, my mum, my auntie, my sister, my brother, and myself.

The rooms provided for our stay were spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to accommodate our entire family. The extra effort taken to ensure a child-friendly environment was evident. The cleanliness and attention to detail in the rooms were exemplary, and we felt truly at ease during our time there.

We must express our sincere gratitude to the hotel staff for their exceptional service throughout our stay. They anticipated our needs and exceeded our expectations at every turn. From arranging additional bedding and toiletries to providing recommendations for nearby attractions, their professionalism and attentiveness were truly commendable. Our family members were treated with respect, kindness, and genuine care, which made our stay all the more memorable.

Furthermore, the hotel's proximity to the river Ganges allowed us to partake in the spiritual and cultural experiences Haridwar has to offer. We were able to take part in the evening Ganga Aarti ceremony, a truly enchanting and profound experience. Your staff provided valuable guidance and assistance, ensuring we had the necessary information to fully immerse ourselves in the rituals and traditions of the holy city.

As we bid farewell to your hotel, we were touched by the smooth and efficient check-out process. The staff ensured that our departure was hassle-free and arranged transportation for our onward journey.
