This place is developed by BHEL Haridwar for any kind of celebration for its employees. It is average looking and free of charge for its members. Although the place is not that standard as wash rooms are in bad conditions.
Water availability is also not that satisfying.

Very common landmark in sector 4, a good place for organising party and wedding function, a very large hall with ground available, various sports, gym, dance class, library etc available. Booking charge is very nominal, ramleela is organized during navratri, in back side of community centre a good stage is available with staircase seating arrangement for audiences.
