Neat and clean place.
Close to market.
It's situated in a gated and guarded residential colony.
The manager and his family are also very humble, polite and coperative.
On third floor there is an open kitchen with necessary equipments like gas, fridge and common utensils.
I haven't seen any drinking water arrangements in promise.
Hot water is not available in rooms but it's available in common bathrooms.
Although it's very clean, it is still recommended to carry mosquito liquidators like all-out, good-night etc for a peaceful stay.
If you have booked some rooms in advance, you can request the manager to open room's windows and fan before your arrival to get rid of unwanted smell (just because of closed rooms)
They don't have separate parking this is the only drawback but there is space in the colony for some extra 5-6 cars.
I'm giving a 5 star rating after spending 2 days there and I believe they deserve it.
