The staff was polite and helpful.hospital was clean.most of the tests like ECG, ct scan etc are all available at one place..

Medical system is fine. The nature of the doctor and the hospital staff is good towards the patient. The patient ward is kept clean. Before the patient was admitted, there seemed to be a lack of knowledge about the process of admitting the patient in the hospital staff and medical staff.
Not getting medicine in medical store and waiting for a long time for a medicine shows lack of experience.
It is a pity to have to wait for hours for food from the canteen again and again.

Poor Facility and staff don’t know how to speak with patients Family. My Mother was admitted and was in ICU Till 5 days and then shifted to private ward for two days .In these day we didn’t met Senior Doctor as they always use to say Dr is busy Only junior doctors were visiting and they were incompetent..

They done lots of test but not a single report discussed by us. ICU AC was also not in working condition even though when shifted on Private ward they asked us to bring patient clothes as they don’t provide uniform too for patients in ward.

Worst hospital of Haldwani..they do cheating with patients and behave rude with their family members.
They're more into money making business than to serve the patients.
