No one in my family is too fond of the whipped cream laden cakes available in most bakeries in Haldwani. On a whim, I reached out to Cakes & Bakes and checked with the owner if they could make a cake with buttercream frosting instead of whipped cream. They agreed and the result was fantastic. The cake was light and airy, not too sweet and the buttercream frosting wasn’t overwhelming. Looking forward to trying to more items from them!
