I do not want to give any rating because it's not like a library, A lot of noise of traffic come to room, unbearable and definitely not a environment for study, students are jus bothering by making noise of doors, usually every 2mints anyone stands and make noise with chair and stuffs. It's hard to study and concentrate here.

Library is good but they don't have power backup of fan and ac when lights gone and gets very hot ..difficulty to study .
