Rooms have no ventilation. Hot water doesn't work. Plus when you book make sure to book the right Solitaire hotel because they have 3 branches

I was not satisfied with the first response hotel staff gave to me after arrival and proceeding for checking. They denied my early arrival check in. Afterwards with lots of calling, i got my room. Afterward, they served good, hotel room and bathroom was clean . Food was also good .

Stayed here for one night after the trek.
The only benefit of staying here was it is located in one of the best locations of dehradun.
Problems I had with the place.
1. Room is too tiny with no windows, we have no idea what time of the day or night it is here.
2. No ventilation whatsoever, claustrophobic.
3. Hot water doesn't work, we didn't take a shower.
4. AC doesn't reduce or increase.
5. On asking the staff, to come and help with the AC, they are so rude and have the audacity to tell us to make peace with 14° C room temperature.
6. The receptionist is clueless about everything. Asked him to send us a driver's number/arrangement to rishikesh, he didn't even answer properly. Seemed mostly disinterested or lost.
