Hotel Millionaire.
If ZERO is an option, I'd give it to this hotel-cum-lodge.
You can't call it a hotel, if you've stayed here. Even the small town lodges are much better.
When we check-in there on 19th Nov, 2021, we booked two rooms on 3rd floor. The rooms were uncleaned, though it were clean as per their statement. Dust was on the floor and even hairs were found on the beddings, as if no cleaning was done. So, they took time to clean the room again, while we're having tea on the terrace. No kettle or tea/coffee was provided as a complimentary service. However, we compromised the situation.
Anyways, soon after we observed that geyser was not working in one room, so hot water was not available. Again room service was called to fix the problem.
After some time, we observed that the handle of the wash-basin was not properly attached with the system and kept on falling in the wash-basin every time we use it. When we complain this to the manager, he replied that he's not a plumber to fix the handle. (I'm sharing a pic of the falling handle). Such a reply to a customer particular in hotel industry is not acceptable.
Since, we're tired after a long journey, we decided to stay till next morning. Then we left the hotel in the next morning.
At night we reached their restaurant at top floor for dinner. The plates were found coated with dust, which they initially denied but later on cleaned/wiped. No water glass were placed at dinner table with food on repeated orders.
The response of the staff and manager was totally ill-mannered, where customers are treated as a forced liability.
I won't suggest anyone to book this hotel.

We had organised anniversary celebrations in this lounge and it was worth it. The decor is a stunning mix of arts & lights with modernity. It has good ambience to hangout with family and friends. The menu offers a variety of delicious and mouthwatering starters and main courses.

The owner seemed very warm and thoughtful. He came around to check on our experience and seemed to be authentically engaged.

Notwithstanding the disinterested waters, I highly recommend this place. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is brilliant.

The place is really nice and the staff is also good, food is great. Price is according to the food was reasonable. Must visit this place, I will definitely go there again.
