Had quite a good conversation with the owner over Phone call before reaching there. I had good expectations after that conversation but as I reached there...a small room with no mosquito repellent, linen were smelling so badly that even after cold I couldn't sleep using them. Washroom....omg....used condoms were there. Smell was so foul that I left the place even without taking he shower. No soap...even my brother was quite frightened going through those narrow streets!
Never waste your money...put 100-200 extra and go to a better place to stay

As it's named as a guest house - please do not expect it to be like a hotel. It's clean and well maintained but the location is in the center market so you cannot expect it to be fancy .
Service is good . Service response is good too.

Shady rooms in an old building that's neither well lit nor maintained. Narrow passage ways and some rooms have no light even in peak day time.
Leaky faucets, washrooms and uncomfortable beds with rock solid pillows.
Staff is usually inside and not at the reception. They didn't bother providing drinking water, or fixing the TV or providing a towel inspite of reminders and had a very laid back, least bothered kind of attitude.

The only consolation is the price. Cheap enough for a stop and go stay. I do not recommend this place for families and only book if you don't have any other option.
