An utter mess of a place that claims to be in the hospitality business.
Even though I had booked a room a day before, the managers denied me entrance and I was left on my own to search for a new hotel at 4AM after a long tiring journey.
And all this was after I had to wait for half an hour in the cold in front of their office, and call them 10-20 times before they picked up my calls.
Please find another place to stay while at Dehradun. There are other options available at the increase of a minimal cost. Don't just go for the low price. You get what you pay for.

It's a very good guest house near to isbt hotel staff is so friendly. It's totally value for money. Comfortable for 1-2 night.
