Had a very bad experience staying here. The staff seemed to be trainees and the reception had no body to pick up calls most of the time. It took an hour for an query of changing of bedsheet to get addressed. Most importantly the washroom and the bathroom is very compact. It's a branch of Hotel Madhuban and is located in the same complex of it, behind it. The car couldn't be parked near it's gate so transferring luggage was a big issue as the hotel didn't even provided any staff for the same. Even during the checkout upon repeatedly calling for staff to pick up the luggage wasn't addressed. Booked this hotel on Oyo and during the check-in we had to pay Rs.700 extra as the balance amount as asked by them for no reason which was not shown by Oyo in it's website. This hotel doesn't even deserve this one star .

Room changed immediately from 609 to 604 on 29th evening due of wifi range was not there.

@604, there was an insect noticed on the 30th morning which was cleaned after 20 minutes of communication at reception end

@Receptions, the staff were asking every time meeting at me that when you will check out

In Overall stay two night at the room experienced that mobile networks issues atmost

@30th night around 10.50pm, the hotel server knocked the room many times for food bill payment which was not asked his earlier visit on food delivery and plate removal

Exit day on this 31st morning, the reception person asked Security to follow me for payment of food bills which had in last 2 nights

I conclude that not to suggest this hotel by any means to anyone

Everything is good about hotel but one thing I have to mentioned that, as I booked room from goibibo with complimentary breakfast for two days....but they serve with payment basis. This show the communication gap between ibibo and hotel and one thing more there is no kettle in the room.
