I have been working with Pawan sir for about a year. In my experience, Pawan sir is very professional, dedicated and really good at his craft. Would highly recommend anyone wanting to be more flexible, more mindful or generally learn more about yoga to visit the centre.

I was suffering from stomach ailment since October 2022. I was only able to eat once a day. I was living with nausea and stomach pain. Doctors were not able to diagnose and medications were not helping. I joined Medical Yoga Therapy about a month ago and there has been drastic change in my health. My pain is almost non existent now. I am able to eat proper meals. I feel better. My mental and physical health has improved. Pawan sir is doing a great job in helping people. He focusses on your issues and guides you accordingly.

One of the best yoga classes with trainied teachers. I was diagnosed with slipped disc and was advised for operation by doctor and then I went to Mr.panwar for yoga . He analyses your physical condition and adjust excercise according to you . I'm perfectly fine now and a big thanks to Mr panwar.
