It is unusual for a mall outlet to retain quality of items served over few weeks... This outlet has been able to do so for few months.
The varieties in chai are definitely worth a try...

Excellent coffee - quite like the South Indian filter coffee - a world away from what our international chains offer. And the tea as good! wonderful experience.

Nice coffee ☕ time here , and you get variety of tea options here , shakes and coffees, some snacks also but tea ???? is the centre part as you know in the name MBA Chai wala i opt brownie with ice cream that was just okay not so great combo taste .
