My booking was in fab central plaza and without my concern and not notifying me they moved the booking to fab Central Park which is one of the worst places ever stayed. The rooms, bed, liner, hotel floors, toilet all very dirty and unhygienic. We could also spot dogs freely walking in the hotel, when asked the staff they tried to shoo off the dog. The hotel staff were not rude but lasy. Had to tell them 4-5 times to get the basic things like towel, bucket in the toilet. During our stay of 2 days we changed 3 rooms for various reasons not working lights, AC not working and toilets not clean. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If they change the booking from Central Park to central plaza you better ask for the refund and check the oriental hotel which is neat good and new.

It was such a horrible experience to be in this Hotel. I'm just mentioning few ones below.

1. Room doesn't have a lock and Key. Shocking!!Right. Attendant told me that this is the only room left hence he can't help. Room without Lock and Key,imagine.

2. Bedsheet was dirty and was stinking. Same was the case with Blanket.

3. AC has no functional remote.

I'm still to believe why I have opted for this property.
Worst Experience Ever.
Additionally, payment receipt has been denied by Reception.
That's All????

Room wasn’t ready when i reached hotel at 12pm. I was asked to wait as there is no cleaner in the hotel to clean room.this hotel will not feel like hotel. As they have rented one empty floor of empty complex and kept as hotel. No tv in the room. There is no service boy who can pick and drop your luggage.staff on reception was also unprofessional.Its an average stay.
