I have got the worst experience in my life I bought a OVen last year they promised me to give a full year warranty the same equipment I could have bought from Delhi 7000 cheaper. within 6 months spring of oven was broken only providing a single spring they took 15 days and then they have fixed my oven but the spring quality so cheap that it has broken within 2 months this time they ignore me like anything and they charge 700 rupees for a single spring nobody should buy anything from them

One of the biggest manufacturers in dehradun and the most unprofessional staff,
At the time of placing order enginneer will visit in 24 hours but at the time of delievery they forget about all the commitments and timing . I was suppose to get all of my equipments in 18 days which i was promised but i got my equipments in instalments in 60 days and that too after the every day follow up.
It was my first startup and opening of my cafe got delayed by 40 days that too in a
travel season.
If you have a lot of money and you are not worried about the timings for your busniess then please go for it and to all the startups i dont think this is the place to get your equipments from.
One request to doon kitchen please dont accept orders or dont make false commitment because it can do a lot of damage to someones business.
Which has beed already done in my case.

The landline number will be picked once only .. And once they knows that their is a fault in their product same landline number will not be picked....poor service..
