Good quality of food, personal favourite is chaaps and Maki ki roti with saag. Though soups and Manchurian needs some improvement. But definitely recommend for North Indian cuisine.
Even after 2nd visit i will say the same. It is my go to place without a doubt in Dehradun.

The food has great taste with economic pricing. They have a two floor seating arrangement. We experienced both at different occasions and found that the service differs gravely between the two.

Our opinion: the owner sits at the ground floor so possibly service is so much better.

Now for the food: we tried hakka noodles, soups, malai chaap, achaari chaap, tandoori momos achari and steam momos. We also tried the paneer with laccha parantha combo. Everything mentioned above has superb taste. The most expensive dish on the menu is appox rs. 150 so it is not heavy on the pocket at all.
