Very bad experience. I got hurt before taking flight. They were more concerned about the money than safety of their customers. They were unprofessionals and have hired kids for handling glider and safety harness. Had to wait 2 hrs to get my turn. No waiting area, water, or first aid for the injured. They even cut my father’s journey midway despite paying full amount. They can do that. Not only that, they had my senior citizen father to ride a bike down the mountain despite concern about his back problems. They are insensitive and unprofessional. Read this before booking a service. Talk about waiting time and check the staff working before even talking to them.
