Pros:
- Location and views
- Food was really good
- Caretakers were excellent
- Maintenance and interiors of the house were wonderful

Cons:
- Parking for only 1 small car for the entire property. Other cars need to be parked outside on the road.
- Not all rooms are non-smoking rooms and one of the rooms had smoke smell
- Locks weren’t working on some of the rooms
- One of the rooms doesn’t have any view

But overall we had a pleasant stay with a big group. Mr Bhagwan took good care of everything.

This is our 4th stay vista property and the experience only keeps getting better! The property has spectacular views of Bhimtal lake , it’s a pure joy to wake up to the morning sun reflecting tiny little star flashes off the lake water. Spread over two floors, it’s a luxury bungalow, with 5 bedrooms, an extensive living room cum dining area, a second living room on the lower floor, there is even a pool table!
The property is immaculately maintained, and the owners have left no stone unturned to keep it perfect. There are so many personalised small touches, like the handpicked paintings, choice of various teas, the extremely well stocked medical box, the vast array of hangers of every shape and size in all the rooms. The caretaker is sh. Bhagwan ji, available to meet your every need at any time, with a smile. Food is uniformly lip smacking, we had many requests for our meals and they catered to every thing. The service from the team is the one of the best parts of the stay vista experience for us. Special kudos to Vijay Joshi from stayvista who took care of the entire arrangements and was ready to arrange anything at anytime ????????????????

One of the most amazing properties we have come across. Awesome view...the whole property is just so beautifully designed and planned. Neat and clean....Good food...caretaker Bhagwanji and his wife and the cook were all very warm and courteous.
We got the opportunity to welcome the new year 2023 at this property.
The property Manager Mr.Vijay went out of the way to make us feel comfortable...arranged live singing and barbeque and campfire for the 31st Night.
Overall...our group of 5 couples really had a great time at this venue.
