Very Bad Experience,Staff is very unprofessional,room service are very poor ,we had taken package but they provide room in basement . Buffet breakfast and dinner repeat same for all days

It's wonderful stay.. room are very specious..neat and clean...location is good.. lake view and valley view from room is wonderful..staff well mannered and good service..
