We came across the same while hunting for a breakfast place in Bhimtal during early morning. its located near the Danth Parking and the owner is quite cheerful

#ambiance : 3/5
Its a typical roadside cafe with congested partially open kitchen. The seating space can accommodate a max of 10-15 people and you should probably get your table cleaned before beginning to eat.

Chole Bhature : Surprisingly good for a small roadside restaurant. The chole were fresh and were not overloaded with spices to drown out its own flavor. Bhature were alright though they could be more fluffy. Definitely try when you are here
Masala Maggi : This was a bummer considering that hills are famous for serving piping hot maggi in various avatars. This was just plain maggi with chat masala sprinkled on it. You can avoid the same and if you want to have maggi, just tell him exactly what all you want to avoid disappointment
Paneer Paratha : The paratha was thick but the stuffing was poor being compensated by excess aata.
Aalo pyaaz paratha : We asked him to increase the stuffing and this paratha was delicious as a result. As again, since these are small joints just you have to be specific.
Chai : Good tea. You must try it

Its quite cheap and a hearty breakfast will set you back by not more than 200 for two people. That being said, the food is very much dependent on your follow up with the cook. You will have to specify that he put more veggie in the maggi or more stuffing into the paratha.
All in all, a good cafe .

This restaurant is near the Bhimtal Parking. One could surely enjoy kadi chawal , Rajma chawal there.
There is also a gift shop nearby .
Also one should try lime soda sold on the parking by a old lady .

The food is okay and the prices are not too bad when compared to the kind of food they serve.
