These are the biggest cheaters i have ever seen. Sending the iteam in mail which was sitting in their store for years and packed them with trash in box. Also, it is the completely wrong iteam then what i order in person, when i order the iteam i was been told that they will remake that whole piece in punchdhatu. they are very greedy. Don't have knowlage for the bussiness. Very unproffesional and and disgusting.

Most important- "IT IS NOT AUTHORIZED BY UTTRAKHAND GOVERNMENT" as they claim to be at the first point you reach at this shop. They are all fraudulents sitting out there, shop is owned by some guy from Bihar (B.N Roy) who is totally defaming the uttrakhand government. They sell very cheap products at unreasonably high prices claiming it to be pure organic products. They misguide and convince you so well that you will be bound to buy some of their products for sure even at highest of prices. Even they don't have an idea what the genuine products look like. I have a personal experience. Got cheated by these fraudsters few days back (they sold us normal shawls n bed set in the name of pashmina worth Rs.14,000) and managed to get my refund after complaining at the police station. They are running this business and robbing people since last 10 years which I came to know after thorough investigation. They set some false expectations like 10 years of guarantee of the product, 75% money return on exchange, free courier service...blah blah. Nobody could do anything as the customers are mostly tourists, they go back home and unable to do anything against them. We luckily were able to find truth about these cheaters while we were in nanital. So we lodged a complaint. I request all the people reading my review to take it very seriously. Please avoid shopping here. Please ignore the suggestions made by your cab drivers as they are paid good commissions for taking tourists here and there. I would feel happy if I could save even a single person from getting robbed here. Thanks!

We bought bamboo fibre kurti and special rui wali blanket that keeps extra warm.
Nothing works!! I trusted in the name of govt shop.
Cheated!!
