Bridge is old and need a good refurbishment. It's the main bridge which connects the tehsil and main market bageshwar . Near this bridge there is almora taxi stand and all the vehicles which goes to almora hldwani are near to this bridge . There are two bridge exactly one for coming and another for going . Bridge are quite narrow . During the time of uttreni Mela they pay the lead role in resolving the traffic . Underneath there is River ganga which flows from garur town .

This bridge situated over the Gomti river is very ancient.At first there was only one bridge here, as Bageshwar started to develop, then a second bridge was also built to reach here.....????
