It's a beautiful little cafe which runs on good service and authentic indo-tibbet taste. I've been visiting the restaurant for more than ten years now and two things never changed, exceptional taste and humble and friendly owner.
They don't market themselves very well, in fact the entrance is soo easy to miss even if you are familiar with locality. But they are one of the few places which are glued to gold standard of authenticity for simple dishes like momos, thupka unlike the cheese and mayo filled monsterasities other 'mordern' restaurants serve today. This place still preserve the Tibetan food culture.
Even coffee takes you back to 10-20 years in your childhood, as it taste exactly how it used to taste back then in this small hill station.
This is located just 5 min walk away from Hotel Shikhar, finding the entrance could be bit tricky though. They accept UPI payments.
Highly recommend for Tibetan food in Almora, best in category in my opinion.

Excellent food quality & consistency maintained from the time it was started, spring rolls, fried rice, momo's and dry mutton thupka is awesome as my personal favorites, you can opt for more menu items too.

One of the best places to try Tibetan food in Almora. The taste is just amazing and the place is pocket friendly too. Highly recommended to try their Dry Thukpa and Mutton Momos.
